A Public Sector client of ours is looking for a UI/UX Designer & Front-End Developer to work on their ongoing project in the Raleigh, NC office.

Required Skills:
We need a minimum of 4+ years of hands-on experience in the following.
- REST API
- Proficiency in prototyping tools such as Figma or Adobe XD
- Strong understanding of user experience (UX) principles and user-centered design
- Expertise in web accessibility standards (WCAG compliance) and best practices
- Experience with front-end development (HTML, CSS, some JavaScript)
- Visual design skills tailored to web and mobile platforms
- Ability to develop interactive web forms and workflows
- Browser compatibility testing across different platforms and devices
- Familiarity with responsive design techniques for mobile and desktop
- Strong attention to detail in layout, typography, and visual hierarchy
- Knowledge of usability testing and gathering user feedback
- Collaboration with stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Experience with form-building tools like SimpliGov, Microsoft Forms, WuForm or Formstack
- Basic understanding of business rule testing and workflow validation
- Power BI
- SQL Querying
